I am passionate about the power of positive movement and providing an individual response to fitness. For over a decade now I have been dedicated to providing a variety of fitness services tailored to meet the needs of my clients.

 

I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2015, and since then I have striven to never stop learning, adding new qualifications every year from Sports Massage to HIIT, from Body Pump to Pilates. The way I work combines the knowledge and experience that I have gained over the last 10 years and the many thousands of hours that I have spent working with people to help them improve their health and fitness.

My focus is on supporting each person their unique wellness journey, helping them to achieve their goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I specialise in 1-2-1 Personal Training and community classes, with Pilates becoming my passion in recent years. My local community is important to me and I take pride in running several Hildenborough-based community classes, including my fun outdoor classes which have been running at Westwood Park in Hildenborough for 9 years now.

I have 3 children so I know how difficult it can be finding the time and motivation to workout! I believe the most important aspect is that you enjoy what you do.

I love being outdoors and I am a keen cyclist and skier, but I can equally be found lifting weights at the gym, hiking in the mountains or re-setting my body with Pilates.  

 

Or you might find me drinking a nice glass of red wine or enjoying my food. Not because I'm going to burn it off later, but because life is for living!
