I am passionate about the power of positive movement and providing an individual response to fitness. For over a decade now I have been dedicated to providing a variety of fitness services tailored to meet the needs of my clients.

 

I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2015, and since then I have striven to never stop learning, adding new qualifications every year from Sports Massage to HIIT, from Body Pump to Pilates. The way I work combines the knowledge and experience that I have gained over the last 10 years.

My focus is on supporting each person their unique fitness journey, helping them to achieve their goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I specialise in 1-2-1 Personal Training and community classes, with Pilates becoming my passion in recent years. My local community is important to me and I take pride in running several Hildenborough-based community classes, including my fun outdoor classes which have been running at Westwood Park in Hildenborough for 9 years now.

I have 3 children so I know how difficult it can be finding the time and motivation to workout! I believe the most important aspect is that you enjoy what you do.

I love being outdoors and I am a keen cyclist and skier, but I can equally be found lifting weights at the gym, hiking in the mountains or re-setting my body with Pilates.
